Easter Treats: Easy Raw Cacao Bunnies

This is SO easy! Simply pop down to your health food shop and buy 500g of raw chocolate. Place in double saucepan and melt. Spoon into greased Easter moulds. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 100g raw cacao butter
  • 3 tbspn agave nectar
  • 1 tspn vanilla essence

 

  • Melt cacao butter in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water
  • Add cacao powder and agave nectar. Stir until smooth.
  • Add vanilla essence and stir
  • Spoon into prepared Easter moulds and refrigerate until firm
